English speaking club meeting: "Food economy"

Have you ever seen the words “food” and “economy” in one sentence? Well, it turns out, that those words were bind together to describe a collection of principles and techniques related to food production, markets and distribution. Simply put, food economy is a supply chain from “farm to fork”. On our next meeting we will explore a variety of trends and topics related to food economy: scarcity and abundance, slow food and fast food, dynamics of consumer habits and preferences and many more. We will be happy to listen to your ideas on food-concerning economic issues during our upcoming event!
