Dr. Chamundeeswari Kuppuswamy, Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, and University Research Theme Champion for Global Economy at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Hertfordshire. Research interests include the law of global commons, commons, collectives etc. From Common Heritage of Mankind to Urban Commons, my research is multidisciplinary and collorative. I trained in Public International Law, Intellectual Property Law and Human Rights. I employ Alan Gewirth’s human rights notion of rights as community in my doctrinal analysis.
