Night on the Ice

Moscow parks invite you to go skating for free on the night of February 28th.

Eighteen parks are taking part in the annual ‘Night on the rink’ project, with this year’s theme being Carnival on Ice. The events will take place on February 28, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Alongside park visitors, there will be musicians, actors, robots and fairy-tale characters on the rinks. Each of the rinks will feature its own theme, from movies to space, to Venice and emoji. Admission to the rinks will be free, however, if you need to rent equipment, you’ll have to pay for that as usual.

The following rinks will be taking part in the night project:

• Gorky Park. Space Ice Carnival, from 6:00 pm to midnight.
• Sokolniki Park. Movie Carnival, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Hermitage Garden (3 Karetny Ryad, Building 7). Venice Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Bauman Garden (15A Staraya Basmannaya, Building 4). Carnival of the Future, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Perovsky Park (7 Lazo Ulitsa). Emoji Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Babushkinsky Park (6 Menzhniskogo Ulitsa, Building 3). Flower Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• 50 Letiya Oktyabrya Park. Cyber Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Tagansky Park (40-42 Taganskaya Ulitsa). Indian Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Skver Po Olonetskomy Proezdu (9 Sukhonskaya Ulitsa). Movie Cosplay Carnival, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
