Fili Park is offering training sessions with Kangoo Jumps, a type of rebound exercise shoes. The sessions are free but require preliminary registration.

The sessions will be led by Oxana Zakharova, a professional artistic gymnist, former lead dancer at Raduga dance group, and prize winner of the Russian ballroom dancing championship.

Kangoo Jumps is a dance exercise that helps you lose weight and stay fit. During one class, you can burn up to 1,500 calories!

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, 11.30 am

Location: Fili Park (10 min. walk from Bagrationovskaya or Filevsky Park metro stations).

Registration: please contact +7 (916) 091-35-31 via WhatsApp to register in advance; let the organizers know your shoe size. The equipment provided by the park is suitable only for people who weigh less than 75 kg. If your weight exceeds this amount, you can exercise with your own equipment.
