On September 14, the Higher School of Economics celebrated its main holiday, HSE Day, for the sixth time. Not only HSE students and staff, but anyone living in Moscow could enjoy the event. From November 30 – December 4, 2016, the18th International Book Fair for High-Quality Fiction and Non-Fiction will take place at the Central House of Artists in Moscow.
On November 9, 2016 HSE held a Mexican Day of the Dead Celebration. The event was organized by the Mexican community at HSE and the International Student Support Unit with the support of the Embassy of Mexico in Russia.
The Educational Division at the Moscow Department of Culture launches an English-language course, Exploring Russian Culture. The first series of seminars dedicated to Russian culture for expatriates will take place in the Educational Division at the Moscow Department of Culture. The course will start on November 14th 2016. The lectures will be held in English. The course is free.
A poetry session ‘British Poetry from Shakespeare to the 21st Century in Four Readings will be held on November 19 as part of British Culture Day at HSE.
