On July 5, Moscow will host two large-scale sports events: Moscow Sports Day and Moscow Sports Night. Moscow Sports Day takes place at the Luzhniki Olympic Complex, featuring over 20 themed sports grounds where visitors can join various master classes and tournaments. Meanwhile, Moscow Sports Night is held at 21 locations across the city, offering sports activities and autograph sessions with famous athletes.

During these hot summer days, there are plenty of opportunities to relax on a beach without leaving the city. In these spots, you can not only swim and sunbathe, but also play volleyball, mini-football, ping pong and many other activities.

As lockdown measures are gradually lifted, Moscow parks are again offering their regular outdoor sports activities. Below is a selection of parks where you can go running, boxing, Nordic walking, or dancing.
