Organising the preparation of proposals to improve HSE University's management system within coordinated areas and types of activity.
Organising the work of the Finance Committee.
Coordinating and overseeing the organisation of project work to optimise and digitise the university's administrative processes and services
Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of a development strategy for information systems that facilitate the automation of the university’s administrative systems and services based on the 1C platform.
Coordinating the activities of the Senior Director for Finance.
Coordinating the activities of the Office for Regulation and Business Analytics.
