The database contains information about scientific journals published by Russian organizations. It allows us to assess the degree of prevalence of scientific journals in the subjects of the Russian Federation, the availability of journals in areas of scientific specialization, including the scientific fields of the Higher Attestation Commission and priority areas of science, technology and technology development, monitor the state of Russian science, identify reference points for the concentration of high scientific results.
