Consent to Personal Data Processing
I hereby give my consent to National Research University Higher School of Economics (hereinafter, ‘HSE University’ or the ‘University’) to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter, ‘personal data processing’), which I have personally provided via the HSE University website. Such processing shall encompass the collection, recording, systemisation, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, amending), retrieval, and use of my personal data, for the purpose of communicating information about products, services, news, special offers, and sales via telephone calls, text messages, and emails by the University and its official partners.
The personal data subject to processing is neither of a special character nor does it constitute biometric data. Furthermore, the personal data processing shall be carried out using mixed methods, i.e., both automated (computer-based) and non-automated.
This consent to personal data processing shall remain valid for as long a period as may be required for the attainment of the stated purposes of such personal data processing. However, this consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a written consent revocation request. In this case, such a request must be sent to HSE University at its official address by registered mail with notification of receipt, or must be received personally and signed for by a representative of the University. Alternatively, an electronic consent revocation request shall be deemed to have equal legal force to a written consent revocation request submitted in hard copy provided that such an electronic consent revocation request is duly signed with an e-signature in accordance with the relevant requirements of Russian federal law. In addition, this consent may also be revoked by submitting a request via the following: link.
HSE University may be entitled to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data owner or subject if specific legal grounds for doing so exist, as provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data,’ dated July 27, 2006.
In giving my consent to personal data processing, I hereby affirm that I am acting freely, of my own volition, and in my own interest, and that I am freely exercising my legal capacity to give such consent.
