Zhanna Shabanova

- makes invitations for foreign citizens who come to the University for the purpose of studying, internships, work or organization of scientific and technical relations;

- processes the necessary documents for the extension of visa validity for foreign citizens who arrived at the University by invitation and registered at the place of stay;

- notifies the government agencies about the enrollment and expulsion of foreign students;

- creates the information materials (memos, presentations) for foreign students with explanations of the Russian migration legislation;

- maintains a database of foreign citizens who come to the University for the purpose of studying, internships, work or organization of scientific and technical relations;

- settles the contracts (agreements) on cooperation with foreign educational, scientific institutions and other organizations (together with other divisions of the University);

- draws up letters, requests and other documents to government agencies;

- executes necessary documents (certificates, petitions) for embassies and consulates, border guards for applicants and students;

- advises foreign applicants, students, and employees of the University on visa and migration issues;

- organizes and conducts orientation and adaptation activities for international students
