Zhanna Shabanova

Interacts with potential and existing international partners on matters of cooperation, nomination, and admission of students, PhD students, and staff for exchange programs;

Initiates the preparation and coordinates cooperation and academic exchange agreements with foreign educational institutions and other organizations (in collaboration with other units of the Branch);

Advises and supports the Branch's units on issues of international cooperation and the organization of academic mobility;

Organizes the reception of official foreign delegations at the Branch with the participation of campus leadership;

Represents the Branch at international meetings;

Provides students with information about competitions and programs for international academic mobility;

Offers consultative support to participants of incoming and outgoing mobility at all stages of preparation, participation, and completion of mobility;

Collects data on current cooperation and academic exchange agreements, as well as on participants of incoming and outgoing mobility;

Performs translation and certification of documents in accordance with the Document Translation Regulations at the Branch.
