Responsibilities
Manager of the Department of Theoretical Economics:
- Managing and coordinating the work of the Department;
- Providing full administrative and information support to the Head of the Department and professors of the Department;
- Leading and managing administrative staff of the Department;
- Planning, coordinating and controlling Department courses;
- Planning, coordinating and controlling teaching load of the Department;
- Managing and coordinating HR processes at the Department (recruitment procedures, re-employment, resignation, paid/unpaid leaves, sabbaticals, sick leaves, business trips, etc);
- Preparing and coordinating contracts with visiting lecturers, scholars, teaching and research assistants;
- Editing the Department website, posting news, announcements;
- Monitoring and controlling the fullness of the personal pages of the Department staff;
- Coordinating Department research seminar;
- Implementing other tasks and projects on behalf of the Department Head and the Dean of the faculty
- Performing the duties of the assistant of the Educational and Methodological Council in Economics
