Graduation Module
The "Graduation Module" is a service available to graduating students through the MyHSE Services Account (ЕЛК), which allows them to:
- Review and approve provisional and final templates of the State Diploma Supplement and the HSE Diploma Supplement in English.
- Сheck if there are any outstanding items from the library (books currently checked out).
- Monitor the fulfillment of financial obligations (e.g., tuition fee payments, dorm tenancy fees, etc.).
- Apply for post-graduation leave.
Approval of State and HSE Diploma and Supplement Templates
When approving the draft of the diploma, you must:
- Verify the accuracy of your personal details;
- Check the correctness of the list of courses and grades received;
- Specify any optional electives to be included in the diploma supplement;
- Confirm the information to be included, at your own discretion, in Section 5 "Additional Information" of the diploma supplement.
The degree certificate will be issued to all graduates (including those on post-graduation leave) no later than 8 working days after the completion of the State Final Certification (SFC).
Applying for Post-graduation Leave
If necessary, a student can submit a request for post-graduation leave through the "Graduation Module".
The duration of the leave is determined by the academic calendar. In the 2024/2025 academic year, leave is granted until August 12.
A student may request a shorter period of post-graduation leave than what is allowed in the academic calendar.
Students who have applied for post-graduation leave retain their student status. For students studying with federal funding and receiving a scholarship, the scholarship payments will be extended for the entire duration of their leave. Students residing in dormitories will retain their accommodation rights until the end of their leave (or their dismissal).
Students who have not applied for post-graduation leave, after successfully completing the State Final Certification, will be subject to dismissal from the university due to the completion of their studies.
