What is the HSE University Feedback “Hotline”?

HSE University’s Feedback "Hotline" allows any participant in the study process (including students, faculty and staff) to describe any problem that may arise in the course of their studies, express their position on the various aspects of the study process, or contact the University’s administration with a proposal how its operations can be improved.  

How can the Feedback “Hotline” be used?

The Feedback Hotline allows the University’s administration to provide staff and students with an opportunity to:

  • report any information about the quality of educational services provided at HSE University;
  • express their opinion on various aspects of the study process;
  • contact the administration and submit any suggestions for improving the University’s operations.

How to Send a Query?

If you want to submit your query, follow the link. The link to the Feedback Hotline can also be found on the websites of the University’s degree programmes and the sites of the HSE University website (portal) concerning any matters relating to student life and the administration of the study process, as well as via the MyHSE Services Account (SmartPoint).

You may submit your query both on a confidential basis and as an authorized user via your MyHSE Services Account (SmartPoint). Upon the authorization in the MyHSE Services Account, the respondent’s details will be made available by default to the Feedback Hotline coordinator and heads of subdivisions, which will be dealing with the problem described in the query and, thus, as a rule, making it easier to review a submitted query.

If you want to submit your query on a confidential basis, it is recommended to indicate your degree programmes and the degree level (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Specialist degree).

Make sure that you carefully think over the contents of your query, observe ethical standards and express your thoughts accurately, as it takes time and effort to review them. Informative queries will be processed much faster and on an unbiased basis.

Queries will be reviewed by heads of HSE University subdivisions, which will be dealing with the problem described in the query.

Important: Messages that contain spam and foul language will not be reviewed. Let’s be respectful to each other.

Will I Get a Reply to My Query?

If you have completed the authorization process via your MyHSE Services Account, you will get a reply to your query via your corporate e-mail. If you have submitted a query on an anonymous basis, you will get a reply to your query at the e-mail address, which you have specified in your contact details.
