What is intra-HSE academic mobility?

Intra-HSE mobility refers to a student’s full-time studies at another HSE University regional campus

What should I do to take part in intra-HSE mobility?

To become a participant in intra-HSE academic mobility, you need to file a personal request, addressed to the dean of your faculty.

Who decides on my ability to take part in intra-HSE academic mobility?

A decision whether a student may participate in intra-HSE academic mobility shall be made by the dean of your home faculty in agreement with the dean of the faculty, where you plan to pursue a portion of your studies.  

If a decision is made in favour of taking part in intra-HSE mobility, a Programme Office manager will draw up a directive on the provision of an individual curriculum for your participation in mobility

Can I secure a place in a dorm?

Students who are participants in intra-HSE academic mobility shall be provided with a dorm space in the vicinity of the campus where they plan to study during the mobility period (subject to the availability of free spaces).

Tuition fees and other payments to be made during intra-HSE mobility

Students’ expenses, borne through participation in intra-HSE academic mobility, are not subject to refund. In addition, students, taking part in intra-HSE academic mobility and studying on a fee-paying basis, must pay tuition fees to their home faculty.
