Georgy Kutyrev, researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism at the Higher School of Economics, commented on the possibility of forming a new faction in the European Parliament (EP) for the Independent Public Monitoring.

The “Contemporary Europe (Sovremennaya Evropa)” Journal has published an article “EU Public Diplomacy in Latin America: State of Affairs, Challenges and Prospects” by Georgy Kutyrev and Alexander Marchukov, researchers at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism at the Higher School of Economics.

Georgy Kutyrev and Dmitry Novikov took part in the V Coordination Meeting of Young International Relations Scholars, which took place at the RANEPA site. The event brought together young scientists from more than 20 leading universities and research centers in Russia.

The magazine “Iberoamerica” published a joint article by Ekaterina Kosevich and Georgy Kutyrev, researchers at the International Laboratory for Research on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, entitled “Cooperation between the European Union and Latin America in the field of security.”

The round table “Global Geopolitical Transformations: Opportunities and Implications for Latin America and the Caribbean” was held on October 30, 2023, in Moscow in a mixed format.

On October 16, the opening of the first season of the “Mentoring Program” took place at the Russian State University for the Humanities. Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism and Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations G.I. Kutyrev, who is also a graduate of the Russian State University for the Humanities, became a member of this program within the discipline “International Relations”.

Prospects for the Development of the Macroregion”.

On December 10, 2020, Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, spoke on the topic:  “Infomedia and the distribution of “fake news” in the modern information space” during the International Scientific and Practical Conference for Students and Postgraduates “Russia and the World in the Era of Digitalization” that was held by Moscow Witte University.

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, took part in II International Congress on Russia and Spain: Politics, Economics, Culture on 26-27 of November.  The topic of his report was “The evolution of the party system in Spain (1975-2019).”

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, took part in the International Scientific Forum for Conflictologists "Regional Conflicts Management  at the  Digital Modern Society: Methodology and Practice of Implementation".

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, took part in the conference «Transformation of the Third Sector in the Digital Age», which was held on October 20-21, 2020 on the topic: "Civil society, political parties and social movements in the countries of the Iberian Peninsula".

Kutyrev Georgy, Researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Ph.D. in political Science, has successfully completed the advanced training course "Psychological subtleties of teaching".

Georgy Kutyrev, a researcher at the International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism, published an article about Spanish military-industrial complex at the Russian  International Affairs Council.

Maxim Bratersky, Professor of the Department of International Relations and Researcher of the Department of International Relations Georgy Kutyrev publish the article “The BRICS Trade Union and the Emerging Russia-India-China Security Agenda” in the scientific journal “Strategic Analysis” (Q2).

Candidate of Political Sciences, Researcher of International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism Georgy Kutyrev  took part in the summer school “European Union: Training for professors”, which was held from June 24-28 in Moscow.

On May 28, a research seminar at the International Laboratory of World Order Studies and New Regionalism was held. The speaker was Ivan Bakalov is a COFUND Marie Skłodowska-Curie PhD Fellow at the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences, University of Bremen | Jacobs University. The focus of his research is on studying the concept and theory of power in international relations. His empirical work concerns foreign policymaking in Eastern Europe.

Candidate of Political Sciences, Researcher of International Laboratory on World Order Studies and the New Regionalism Georgy Kutyrev told the Estonian  socio-political newspaper «Postimees» which allusions to the modern world were laid in the «Game of Thrones» series.

Lecture on the "International Relations Theory" was held in the Department of Economic Policy & Development of the City of Moscow on April 29.

The following is an interview with Georgy Kutyrev, a senior researcher of the laboratory, a candidate of political sciences, an expert in European security, political parties in modern Portugal and Spain, and democratic transits in Europe and Latin America.

On February 21, a collective monograph “The European Union: Risks and Challenges of the Current Stage of Political Evolution” was presented, one of whose authors was Candidate of Political Sciences, Research Fellow at the International Laboratory for World Order and New Regionalism at HSE, Kutyrev Georgy.
