Deputy to First Vice Rector Vadim Radaev
As part of the distribution of duties of First Vice Rector Vadim Radaev, ensuring the coordination of:
- HSE University’s publishing activities, including that of the work of the HSE Publishing House and the production of university periodicals (journals)
- Advanced training of teaching staff, researchers, administrative and managerial, educational, auxiliary and administrative staff of HSE University, as well as employees of partner universities
Mikhail Rozhkov is the Chair of the Common Commission for placing orders through open competitions and auctions, price quotation requests when procuring goods, works and services for the needs of HSE University, including equipment, computing facilities, furniture, building maintenance contracts and other fixed assets.
