Practical Training in Psychology

The course briefly reviews different approaches to psychological diagnostics, highlights advantages and limitations associated with structural and processual models of personality. Specifically, the course aims to develop practical skills in effective communication relevant to theoretical models of personality. This course is required as a part of Bachelor program “Psychology” and is based on the courses “Psychological diagnostics”, “Theoretical Personality Psychology and Counselling”.
Within this course a student will: learn about processual and structural models of personality; learn about the principles of effective communication derived from these theoretical models; practice in applying theoretical models to enhance one’s communication with others.
