The final thesis explores the issues of designing and implementing a dedicated system for managing electronic documents (EDMS) that process documents containing bank confidential information. The importance of this design is highlighted by the increasing number of cyber threats in the financial sector and strict regulations and laws in Russia that protect confidential information. First chapter provides an overview of the regulatory framework, including federal laws and industry standards. In the second chapter, a pre-design survey of the EDMS was conducted, and the EDMS architecture was proposed based on the principles of segregation of environments (productive, test, and development) and cryptographic protection, which allows compliance with the provisions of federal laws No. 152-FZ and the regulations of the Bank of Russia. This allows you to identify current threats to EDMS information security. Chapter Five developed a threat model based on the expert assessment presented in chapter four. The sixth chapter describes how to build an information security system. Technical and organizational counteraction measures are determined, as well as the necessary information security policies are formed. The scientific novelty of the work is to create a separate EDMS circuit for processing documents containing bank secrecy using GOST R 59999-2025-2025, the date of introduction of which is scheduled for 12/01/2025.The practical result of the work is to create a comprehensive system for protecting bank secrecy. The work contains 134 pages, 5 figures, 12 tables, 40 sources, and 4 appendices.
