Student: Morgunova Anna

Supervisor: Yury Ilyich Rubinsky

Faculty: Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs

The study provides an analysis of the Franco-German relations. The Franco-German tandem, often referred to as the motor of European integration, has experienced certain difficulties during the last fifty years, but against all the odds France and Germany have always been engaged in political dialogue with each other. The German chancellor and the French President are interested in the prosperity of the EU. The decisions that the two reach together will largely determine the future of the EU and the development of the whole region.
