The applied research was based on interviews, content-analysis etc.Two strategies for Viking activity in Russia were based on made research. As a result two main strategies – licensing and joint venture (foreign direct investments) were introduced. The practical value of this paper lies in using this project in the activity of Viking Company in Russia, while choosing suitable strategy for internationalization.
