Civil liability of corporate directors

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of corporate director’s civil liability. The work makes an attempt to elaborate an unified theoretical approach to such questions as subject of civil-law liability, basis and conditions of corporate director’s responsibility. Author also carried out a practical research of the relevant court practice.
