Title:«Role of Webblogs of Heads of Subjects of the Russian Federation in the Formation of Information Transparency of Regional Authorities»Tags: information transparency, blogs, blogosphere, governorsThe goal of this paper is to define the role of blogs of heads of Russian subjects in informational transparency of regional power.To realize this purpose, there were defined several objectives:-To define what is information transparency of regional power-to select criteria of evaluation of information transparency-to examine peculiarities and formats of using blogs in communication system of Russian regional power -consider the role of online resources in development of information transparency of regional authoritiesThe results of this research are in congruence with objectives: the concept of information transparency was considered in different aspects; evaluation of information transparency by several criteria was realized; the role of blogs and microblogs was analyzed in the context of its influence on information transparency of executive branch of regional authorities.
