The European Union and the United States are major players in the international arena. They create Trade and Investment Partnership that may establish rules and procedures for global economy functioning. The EU is a leader in various areas, but so far, it is not enough to be a world leader. However, Europe has potential and it will make possible in the long term to become a more significant player.
