The thesis focuses on evaluating the significance of various factors’ impact on the outcomes of trade dispute in the framework of the WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanism (DSM). The study also looks at the implications of this evaluation for the prospects of Russia's participation in the DSM and measures the probability of the successful outcomes of the initiated dispute and potential disputes on the existing restrictive barriers to Russian goods.
