In graduate work concept of "contractual form of investments" is studied, widespread contractual forms of investments in the sphere of subsoil use are analysed, legal regulation of production sharing agreement in accordance with legislations of Russia and Armenia is examined, legal regulation of concession in accordance with legislations of Russia and Armenia is considered.
