Planning and organizing goods flow through the international logistics channel

<p>Graduate work consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter, the author has considered the theoretical aspects of the planning and organizing of foreign economic activity in the enterprise, as well as the methodological basis for planning international transactions. In this chapter, the author analyzed and systematized the main stages of the foreign trade transaction, such as search and selection of contractor, stage contracting, trucking and other. The second chapter is devoted to the development of the scheduling algorithm and the organization of an international deal in particular company. Based on systematic knowledge of foreign economic activities and needs of the company, the author has created an algorithm, which is a structured tool for establishing the international transactions between Russia and Kazakhstan.</p>
