Lean-Technologies as a Method to Increase Company's Efficiency

<p><span style="font-size: 12px;">А research was conducted&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px;">In this paper&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12px;">in order to establish the applicability of Lean-technologies on the Russian practice. The first part are the analysis of the literature devoted to Lean, examine existing types of losses, methods to minimize and eliminate them. Next part is devoted to the study and analysis of enterprise LLC &quot;Henkel Rus&quot; in Perm. In this section, analysis was performed to identify processes losses.
