<p><strong>Pervukhina E.I.&nbsp;Developing a Mobile Application Concept for the Financial Service</strong></p><p><em>Keywords: mobile application development, online payday loans</em></p><p>This work is based on the developing the concept of a mobile application for online payday loan company Platiza.ru. A company decided to assess the prospects of launching mobile app. Before starting launching application it has to be known whether the app will be demanded by the customers and the potential profit from mobile loans.</p><p>Under these circumstances, the overall goal of this research is to make a decision whether it is effective and profitable to develop a mobile app for Platiza.ru or not.</p><p>Seen in their relations to the general purpose, a number of specific objectives should be emphasized:</p><p>1) to analyze the current market conditions and players on the Russian and foreign market;</p><p>2) to create a profile of&nbsp; the target payday borrower on the market and amoung Platiza.ru&rsquo;s users;</p><p>3) to analyze the intention of&nbsp; Platiza&rsquo;s customers and potential audience about their desire to use the mobile app &nbsp;;</p><p>4 ) to identify the need to develop mobile applications for the target audience;</p><p>5) to make a project plan of a developing the mobile application.</p><p>To analyze customer&#39;s intetion to use mobile app there has been used several methods as email survey, phone interview and RFM analysis.</p>
