Promotion program development on the basis of consumer behavior research

<p>The aim of research was to develop promotion program for cafe-sweetshop &quot;Donut Shop&quot;. The promotion program should be based on consumer behavior research. Steps of promotion program was directed to growth of Donut Shop&#39;s sales. To reach the main goal researcher pass four stages. First, thoeretical approaches in consumer behavior analysis was considered. Then, there was a consideration of theorys about consumer behavior. Moreover, the consumer behavior research was conducted. Finally, the promotion program for Donut Shop was developed oon the basis of conclusions gained from consumer behavior research.&nbsp;</p>
