<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: tahoma, arial, verdana, sans-serif, 'Lucida Sans'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 16.5px;">The thesis is devoted to the actual aspects of cultural services promotion on the example of Perm Drama Theatre.The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides a theoretical review of the issues of promotion program development for the cultural services and institutions. The second chapter is devoted to the research of the audience of Perm Drama Theatre and especially their consumer behavior . For data collection we used the following methods: analysis of secondary data and survey. The results provided in the second chapter help to define the target audience. The task of the third chapter - development of practical recommendations and promotion programs for the&nbsp;</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: tahoma, arial, verdana, sans-serif, 'Lucida Sans'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 16.5px;">Perm Drama Theatre.</span></p>
