Management companies in the housing sector: improvement of housing control

<p>The purpose of research - development of recommendations to improve the housing control management company housing complex in the city of Perm.</p><p>The object of research is the management companies in the field of housing management of an apartment house.&nbsp;</p><div>The subject of this study is a set of relations on the control functions for performance managing organizations of Perm responsibilities for managing the apartment building.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><div>Theoretical novelty of the research lies in the fact that previous studies reveal a control housing or as an activity of the authorities , either as owners control over the execution of contract terms. In this paper an attempt is made to use the system approach to the housing control over the activities of the management company in order to identify the main problems of the interaction of elements of the system.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Practical significance is the ability to use of control services developed during the research recommendations for improving housing system control based on a comprehensive study of the practice of the control housing in the city of Perm.</div></div><p>&nbsp;</p>
