UNESCO programs as a means of international development

<p>This paper is devoted to the UNESCO World heritage conservation activity as a means of International development for developing countries. UNESCO&#39;s support provides not only high-qualified conservation to the sites, but can also be regarded as a means of non-financial aid. UNESCO &quot;label&quot; boosts tourims in the sites, influences development of related industries, generates new job and affects positively living standard of local population. Programs of UNESCO cover different regions and types of natural and cultural heritage. What is more UNESCO programs in Russia are also considered.</p>
