Development of a Computer Intelligent System for Finding Specialists with Required Competencies

<p>This work proposes a new method of searching for specialists based on the analysis of natural language texts. As a part of the work, the format of search queries is described, that is used to define a set of competencies. Using the theory of K-representation and a model of linguistic database, the algorithms for building and comparing semantic representations of natural language text fragments were developed. The algorithms have been implemented using Python programming language; in conclusion, the overview of the functioning system prototype is provided.</p>
