<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Dissertation research is devoted to the analysis of public corporations as legal entities of public law. Some features of the legal status of public corporations characterize them as having elements of administrative and civil law. Public corporations - the most vivid example of combining the functions of a public authority and the private entity as a member of the economic turnover. This feature can be attributed to the legal status of public corporations to such categories as general theoretical scientific &quot;legal entities of public law .&quot;</p>
