MATERIAL RESOURCES ACCOUNTING PROGRAM FOR GEOGRAPHICALLY DISTRIBUTED ENTERPRISE

<p>In this paper we consider the development of the program that addresses the material resources of a small geographically - distributed enterprise. The specifics of the enterprise is designed for a small number of users of the system, which should have basic computer skills, that implies an intuitive interface and ease of use of the program.</p><p>The aim of this work is to create a program that allows you to keep a record of the resources geographically - distributed enterprise with a small fleet of workstations using an independent database. This work has practical significance due to the fact that it is supposed to be used in real enterprise automation accounting activities which should bring positive effect in terms of the effectiveness of the results. Result is the implementation of a program that takes full account of the requirements of this company and does not carry the excess functional.</p><p>The introductory part shows the relevance of goals and objectives. In the first part of this paper is an analysis of the existing solutions for this problem and the choice of means to develop is posted. The second part contains information about the architecture of the program and the structure of the database. The third part deals with the application modules, the main classes of users work in the program that are depending on the different access rights. In conclusion, the results of this study and further area of application are provided.</p>
