As example entertainment club case is used. That topic is quite actual .Marketing plan is the most important part of organization business plan, because the final decision of the investment project launch right income forecast. Because of the practical character of the paper research topic is deeply investigated. Our work consist an articles review dedicated to the marketing theory and questions the marketing plan creation. Purpose of that work is to design marketing plan of the new product launch by determining 4 marketing P`s. In the first part of the research theoretical aspects of the marketing plan creation are discussed, in particular, place of the marketing plan in the project general business plan, components of the marketing plan and their interconnections .In the second part of the work general characteristic of the researched project is presented, as well as entertainment services market research. In particular attempt to classify market segments is realized, also preferences in spending leisure time among Russian population are investigated and impact of the different factors like: age, place of residence, income level on it. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the Nizhny Novgorod market of computer clubs, in particular, analysis of competitors, as well as analyze the viability of this concept in a situation of mass increase in the number of computers and internet penetration.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 21.503999710083008px;">In the third part of the marketing plan developed product. The marketing plan includes a general characterization of the project, description of the main types of services, the analysis of the target audience of the project and analysis of competitors operating in this market. The target audience are considered students of neighboring schools and students who are fans of computer games.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 21.503999710083008px;">Thus, the object of study in this paper is a computer club Cave. Subject of research - statistical data, various information about similar projects, legislative information.</div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 21.503999710083008px;">Novelty of this work is to conduct market research the viability of a computer club in the presence of the citizens of home computers with high-speed Internet access. Work methodology involves a practical marketing research.
