The main instrument of the empirical research is a test.The practical implementation of this paper allows to ability to use the recommendations in the educational process.Diploma project structureThe present paper consists of two chapters:The first chapter includes are the theoretical aspects of the leadership phenomenon, research competency-based approach and conditionals of development leadership competencies of students. The second chapter contains the propositions for leadership competencies development in university. The methodology of the empirical study was defined.The volume of the diploma project is 66 pages. There are 62 literature pieces analyzed. The paper includes 3 tables and 3 diagrams.
