1.The topic of diploma project“Diagnostics and development of leadership competencies in terms of HSE university students”.2.Key terms:Leader, leadership, competency-based approach, competencies, competence, leadership competencies.3.Brief paper characteristics:The aim of the research is to diagnostics the level of leadership competencies of HSE university students and determines the methods of their development.The object of the research is leadership competencies of students.The research question: How to identify and develop leadership competencies of students?The following objectives were met in the present paper:1.Determine the structure of leadership competencies students managers 2.Analyze the conditions conducive to the development of leadership skills of students. 3.Determine the level of leadership competencies.4.To design practical recommendations for developing student’s leadership competencies.According to the research aim and objectives set the search method of the study has been chosen. The main instrument of the empirical research is a test.The practical implementation of this paper allows to ability to use the recommendations in the educational process.Diploma project structureThe present paper consists of two chapters:The first chapter includes are the theoretical aspects of the leadership phenomenon, research competency-based approach and conditionals of development leadership competencies of students. The second chapter contains the propositions for leadership competencies development in university. The methodology of the empirical study was defined.The volume of the diploma project is 66 pages. There are 62 literature pieces analyzed. The paper includes 3 tables and 3 diagrams.
