Study of the Applicability of Foregn Metods in Russion Heat-power Companies

<p>The Paper is the research of applicability of foreign methods of efficiency increase in russian heat-power companies.</p><p>Main purpose of this work is the developement of list of heat-power companies efficiency increase tools, that are applicable in Russia.</p><p>Tasks of this study are:</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">1. Study of theory basis of heat-power companies efficiency</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">2. Development of the approach to the evaluation of the efficiency of heat-power company&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">3. Analyssis of foreign experience of the implementation of efficiency increase tools by heat-power companies</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">4. Study of the key problems of russian heat-power companies&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">5. Study of the applicability of foreign methods in russian heat-power companies;</p><p style="margin-left: 36pt;">6. developement of list of heat-power companies efficiency increase tools</p><p>During the study content analysis was used, series of interviews with managers of three russian big heat-power companies was conducted, quality analysis of data was made.</p><p>The study is made of 3 main parts:</p><ol><li>Theory basis of efficiency increase in heat-power companies</li><li>Study of foreign efficiency increase methods</li><li>Study of the applicability of foreign methods of efficiency increase in russian heat-power companies</li></ol><p>The first part include analysis of theoretical basis of heat-power companies&#39; efficiency. For this analysis the scope of the term &quot;heat-power industry&quot; was set and value chain in heat-power industry was built.</p><p>THe second part include the study of foreign methods of efficiency increase implemented by heat-power companies. For this study markets of heat-energy comparible with russian was determined and the list of tools, used for efficiency increase was defined.</p><p>The third part include the developement of the list of methods of russian heat-power companies efficiency increase. First problems of russian heat-power companies were releaved, then the analysis of applicability of foreign methods in Russia was made.</p>
