The effectiveness of innovative small businesses in globalization

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Small business has a great value in the formation of the material base of welfare and social security of every industrialized country of the world community. The present research investigates some questions concerning effectiveness of innovative companies. The general purpose of this project is to reveal factors, which have influence on effectiveness. The main conclusion is the fact that. In conditions of economic globalization the role of small businesses as accelerators of scientific and technical progress and the most important factor of economic restructuring significantly increases. The further research in this area of studies would entail findings of a mechanism to explain&nbsp; improving the work of innovative small businesses.This work describes the theoretical foundations of the effectiveness of innovative small businesses in the context of globalization, namely the innovative potential of small business, the interaction of small and large business innovation, efficiency innovative small businesses in the context of globalization. Characteristic of enterprise,&nbsp; the forms of state regulation of small business, the analysis of the effectiveness of innovative small businesses are given on the example of N. Novgorod company &quot;Krona&quot;. The main directions of improving efficiency innovative side of the company &quot; Krona &quot; are developed and the estimate of the cost-effectiveness of these approaches is given.</p><p>In conclusion it is most reasonable to indicate briefly the main ideas if the research. This work touches upon the problem of the innovative small business. It is a special sector of the economy. It is available in all areas.</p><p>&nbsp;The major points covered by this paper lead to the following conclusion:</p><p>1.In conditions of the economic globalization, toughening competition necessity of the national economy to change the role of small businesses into the one of the accelerators of scientific and technical progress and the most important factor of economic restructuring significantly increases.</p><p>2.At the present stage of development of the national economy small innovative companies are more and more integrating into large enterprises in various forms (franchising, outsourcing, subcontracting, etc.).</p><p>3.In N. Novgorod as a large megapolis there are plenty of opportunities for innovative business development, but they are either neglected or underused so that large enterprises are not interested in investments into innovative ventures. The present project will show ways of changing the situation for the better and will give necessary recommendations how to achieve it .</p>
