This paper is dedicated to the assessment of the influence of FAS Russia directives regarding trade practices disclosure on a price level. This instrument of the antimonopoly policy can favour the price concerted action of some companies on a market, which can be reflected in a decrease in price volatility. This paper analyses the prices’ dynamics of 6 products within a period before and a period after the directives’ issues in order to test the hypothesis about the change in prices dynamics in response to this occasion. In the course of the study we have revealed some signs which confirm the hypothesis about the increase in the prices rigidity as a result of a trade practices elaboration. The obtained results supplement other investigations in this sphere and allows of drawing a conclusion about the influence of the behavioural directives on prices and about the limits of the explaining ability of concerted action indicators based on a descriptive statistics of prices.
