The using of 1C Software to Automate the Business Processes of the Small Enterprises

<p>In today&#39;s economic situation, effective management is a requirement for the survival of enterprises. In this regard, the role of automation of business processes increases.</p><p>In the activities of small and medium-sized businesses gained great success system &quot;1C: Enterprise&quot;. &quot;1C: Enterprise&quot; is a universal automation system of economic and organizational activities of the enterprise.</p><p>&nbsp; The system can adapt to a particular area of activity in which it is applied. It is this ability provides many advantages for business: will improve the efficiency of the organization, and reduce costs.</p><p>The purpose of the final qualifying work: improving performance of the оorganization by automating business processes.</p><p>&nbsp; Objectives:<br />1. Examine the software &quot;1C: Enterprise 8.2&quot; in the mode of configuration;<br />2. Describe organization&#39;s business processes;<br />3. Choose a methodology of business process modeling;<br />4. Analyze models of business processes of the organization;<br />5. Select processes that require automation;<br />6. Selection the way of customization;<br />7. Customization 1C.</p><p>The object of study is company &laquo;The organization of school nutrition&raquo;, the main activity of which is delivery and arrangements for feeding in educational institutions.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;The analysis of the organization provided an opportunity to describe and construct the models of business processes of the organization. DEMO and BPMN were chosen for modeling business processes.</p><p>Analysis of models of core business processes, allowed to identify problems: low productivity due to the fact that documents are filled and processed manually; lack of control of accounts receivable; Lack of consideration of fuel and traveling sheets, etc.</p><p>&nbsp; Having examined the above problems was written recommendation and it was decided to establish the subsystem of accounting fuels and lubricants and traveling sheets.</p><p>Methodology has been applied, which has the name &quot;choice of the best way of customization&quot;.<br />&nbsp;In the end, was chosen way of customization, designed and implemented the subsystem of accounting fuels and lubricants and traveling sheets.</p><p>Currently subsystem is running in trial operation. Subsystem meets all the requirements and wishes of the organization, which was confirmed by positive evaluations of the organization&#39;s staff and supported by an act of on implementation a software product.</p>
