На данный момент местное самоуправление в городе Москве имеет ряд проблем и претерпевает серьезные структурные изменения. Now, the local government in Moscow has a number of problems and to undergoing major structural changes. Поэтому важной задачей является анализ текущего состояния местного самоуправления в городе Москве. Therefore, an important task is to analyze the current state of local government in the Moscow city.</p><p><em>Объектом</em> <em>исследования</em> в работе является система местного самоуправления города Москвы как субъекта Российской Федерации. <em>Object of the study</em> in this paper is a system of local government of Moscow city as a subject of the Russian Federation.</p><p><em>Предметом</em> <em>исследования</em> моей работы является содержание управленческого взаимодействия института местной исполнительной власти города федерального значения с институтом государственной исполнительной власти города Москвы и с его населением. <em>The subject of</em> my work is to <em>study</em> the content of administrative interaction institute local executive authority of federal institution with the state executive authorities of the city of Moscow and its population.</p><p><em>Целью</em> работы является сравнительный анализ полномочий органов местного самоуправления в рамках города федерального значения в прежние и нынешние времена. <em>The aim</em> is a comparative analysis of the powers of local self-government within the federal city in the past and present times.
