Legal and organizational support of procurement activity in commercial organization

<p>Abstract<br />The stated theme appears to as relevant as the today&rsquo;s legal regulation of procurement has reached a new qualitative stage using information technologies in this field.<br />The present work contains a lot of subjects for discussion, some of which are raised in this study. These include a discussion of the benefits of e-procurement and the determination process of their formation; disclosure provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in the field of regulation of the procurement; To set out the main documents regulating methods, procedures, and procurement procedures themselves.<br />The first paragraph of the first chapter is devoted to the role of commercial information in the field of procurement.<br />Paragraph 1.2. is called procurement legislation, where it is revealed characteristic of legal acts, as well as their part in the reform of procurement.<br />The first chapter analyzes the materials jurisprudence, which discloses the use of the courts of the current legislation on procurement.<br />The second chapter is devoted to the problems in procurement management, which deals with legal problems of use of telecommunications networks in this field. Discusses the risks of the procurement.<br />The work includes a large number of scientific sources, materials of the Russian legislation. Relevance and novelty of the work correspond to the development of information technologies in the procurement process, the development of legislation on both state and commercial procurement.<br />&nbsp;</p>
