<p>The paper analyzes the use of Modern Technology to Improve Efficient Operation Courts of the Russian Federation. The author has examined the theoretical foundations of the effectiveness of the judicial system in Russia and abroad. This paper gives the international experience of modern information technology in the courts, the practice of the use of modern information technologies in the courts of the Russian Federation, on the example of development of information system of arbitration courts and the State Automated System of the Russian Federation &quot;Justice.&quot; The author determines the degree of effectiveness of the use of modern information technology in the justice process based on the analysis.</p>
