<p>This project is intended to cover the problem in the field of organizational psychology and human resource management. &nbsp;The aim of the present study is to find the theoretical and empirical evidence of the existence of the relationships between employee psychological attachment to the organization and its relation to organizational change. The findings enhance the understanding of the construct &laquo;employee psychological attachment to the organization&raquo;. The results can be used in personnel management and these results may be the basis for the future research in organizational psychology.</p>
