Nowadays people have two main resources that they use to be successful, which are time and social contacts. Social capital is a resourse that people get from the social network of contacts, and which is subsequently used to achieve specific goals. Time is a part of the structure of sociak relations which orders them, creates a time continuum from the past through the present into the future, and provides a certain framework (minutes, hourse, days, months, years). One of the biggest challenges organizations face today isa low level of commitment of employees and a high turnover. That average worker spends only 1,5 years in the same organization, then looks for new offers in the labor market, and easily agrees to transfer to another company. Researchers noted that employees moved away from the streotype that "a good employee" does not move from place to place. Now the priority is given to interesting tasks and projects that will look good in a CV and will increase the cost on employee market. For this reason, researchers are interested in the study of perception of time and how it affects the quality og social interaction between people within companies and corporation. It is not clear what is the role social capital in shaping time perspective of employees. Therefore, is this study we try to understand whether high evalution of time perception of the social capital in organizations plays a positive role in increasing the time perspective of employees in organizations.
