<p align="center"><strong><em>Annotation to the master&#39;s thesis</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Gladysheva Anna Mihailovna</em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>The theme: &laquo;Specific legal protection of copyright in the Russian Federation and foreign countries&raquo;.</em></strong></p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In this &nbsp;master&#39;s &nbsp;thesis presents the results of a comprehensive study of legal protection of copyright in the Russian Federation and foreign countries.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Studied and revealed the general characteristics of copyright in Russia and abroad, the concept and criteria for the protection of copyright, especially the legal protection of copyright abroad and legal problems of the current legislation in the field of copyright in Russia.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Discussed in detail the development of the notion of copyright in different time periods, different scholars and schools, a trend of their development and in accordance with it suggested some adjustments to improve the copyright system in Russia and abroad.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Recommendations to make some sort of adjustment to the legal framework regulating the area of ​​copyright.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Master&#39;s thesis contains 3 chapters, 10 paragraphs, 75 references.</p>
