Nowadays the interest to the philosophy of Fichte grows steadily. This great philosopher of freedom, a follower of Immanuel Kant developed idealistic ideas on practical philosophy and his vies evolved. In my work I showed a tight connection between Fichte’s and Kant’s views on freedom, which however has a principled difference that lies in the morality of affects. The system of Kant seems too strict and intransigent, so the possibility that the affects can have moral value which was placed in Fichte’s practical philosophy contrasts favorably to Kant’s ethics doctrine. The paper shows the logical-philosophical stages of how Fichte deduced the freedom of will. We also analyze some fragments in details. The paper consists of introduction, two paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography.
Moreover we will compare the view of Fichte on the role of practical reason and the autonomy of will in his early and late papers. Our analysis shows how Fichte's system evolutioned and changed during the 14-years period between two systems of moral philosophy(1798 and 1812).
