Zologina</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p>In this thesis, educational process and information technologies are studied. The main goal of this work is development of software for educational processes maintenance using mobile network technologies for improvement communication between students and structure subdivisions of institute. During the time of development (working) several subjects are studied: image processing, methods of software communication, protocol and database designing, methods of pathfinding. As result of development two applications was created, one for each side of software communication. It uses OpenCV library for computer vision and image processing, Tesseract for optical character recognition and Netty for network communication. The result of this work may be useful for development of full-scale information system for institutions of higher learning using technologies modern virtual environment.</p><p>Supervisor: M.P.
