<p>The purpose of this thesis is the development and introduction into service of the system to keep track of customer service operations at the bank branches of JSC &quot;Alfa-Bank&quot; and reporting the bank&#39;s management to assess losses during software failures.</p><p>In the process of work over the thesis the bank operation subject area and the customer service software technical documentation have been studied. A large amount of information about the possible causes of software failures has been collected and analyzed.</p><p>The result is ASP.NET-based web application, which has been tested and commissioned.</p><p>Supervisor: Assistant Zontov Y.V.</p><p>2014</p>
